RAINY FRIDAY

Fall is already here and i welcome it!, i love this weather. Today was a productive friday for me, kind of a long one too and i still have to do some editing for my master's degree course, but no complains here.

While i was in class, rain came crazy down, and while some people weren't happy about it, i was like a little kid watching the rain coming down.

Photographs to wallpaper?, oh yes. The people at Wallflower make self-adhesive HQ photographic prints that can be applied to walls as decals. I AM IN LOVE.
The colorful photographs are a really cool way to add something interesting to a plain wall and those babies are eco-friendly and affordable. Who says me?

BUNS!

You probably realize that i changed my layout, right?, its a process, its not finished yet, but i am a happy girl with what i accomplished for a 2 hour session of "understanding" the html code. Hope you guys like it too.

Hair buns, oh my, so pretty and easy... well, some of them are, i still don't know how to make a donnut bun (pictured) but i am in a search for the mighty donnut bun, a dyi, all the scoop. (will take pictures if succeeded).

I've been in the talks to bring in new creative minds into the blog, so, get ready for some new stuff coming in, as too, some change in the blog (makeover) because my mind is on a little riot and i have to change the look to a more "suitable" design (one that makes me go "oh yeah, now we're talking, baby!")

From EP's to the Album, i like what i see here, from the way the photo is, the light, the fonts, or the ones that are just a plain drawing, they look well thought of and kudos to the designers/photographers and of course to the musicians behind them.

I found Saboskirt about 2 months ago and i still go in awe by their designs. Their clothes are so beautiful, stylish and look so easy to wear. Like their motto: If we can wear it, you can wear it.

I love the unexpected cut-outs,  the collars, the chunky knits, the patterns, the accesories, and the way the style it.

If you are interested in Pinterest as i am, you will like this. For starters let's thank CEO of Pinterest, Ben Silbermann, for giving us virtual boards to pin endless pictures of our liking.

But this is not about Ben, well, maybe a 50%; The guy i`m gonna talk about is Eric Daigh, a multimedia designer wich brought to life the meaning of "pinning"... literally.

Eric Daigh spends most of his time making pushpin portraits of big brands in the world, and one of his recent works is nonetheless a portrait of the Pinterest CEO.

This is pinning in a whole different way, don't you think?

I found these on Free People's blog and started to think: mmm, which of these styles am i more influenced by?, I think i'm more like a british in my style, clean with some kind of an unexpected add to it.

When it comes to sunglasses, i am a total junkie, no lie here. I have my share of sunglasses, but my always go-to ones are Ray Bans, wayfarer to be exact and have been so for 4 years (wow, i amaze myself).

Right now i am in the "mood" for another ones, (and by mood i mean thinking on them way too much), i saw one of the Jenner girls wearing #6 sunglasses and i was in awe by them and the cool thing is that they are not expensive at all! so i'll probably be getting those bad boys in the near future.

I love this kind of illustration, the one that is in everyones mind but just some people do it, by this i mean that you can design anything you want from sayings and make them cool.

Today my course to get my degree starts, so, after 2 months i'm going back to college. I am happy for this, i want to get my degree and be an specialist in something, in Digital Technologies actually, fancy huh?.

I promised myself that at some point in my life im going to live in New York, and the show Girls is making me want to live there ASAP. 
I've heard that life in nyc goes fast, everyone's running, no one has time for you and a bunch of other stuff, but come on, isnt that everywhere?
As we get into our 20's our days go crazy fast, so why not living it in the city that never sleeps as we actually never sleep either (20 year olds, raise your hands).

What do you think about this?, NYC for a living or just to visit?

OBSESSED: ISABEL MARANT SNEAKERS

I told you, i am totally obsessed with them, i already have outfits in my head with what i would wear them, is it too much?.

I'm NOT a sneakers person, but these ones are a cool way to get back to the 13-year-old-when-i-used-sneakers-all-the-time self. Why do they have to be so pricey?, sure, they have a discount, but even like that.

I love the way Julie wears them in an easy cool way, all the californian girl she is, love her style.

And to a more italian way, Chiara makes them look casual, and on the go, applying some sophistication  to it.

I love the black ones, but Chiara sure knows how to make the tan ones look good.

Summer is kind of hanging in my city, so all i can use is shorts and breezy shirts. Right now i'm in an obsessed phase with the Isabel Marant sneakers, you have no idea how much, but they are too pricey for my taste on sneackers, so, i will only be appreciating them from a picture.
